Eden's Constitution




We the People of Eden, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for Eden.




1. The executive Power shall be vested in the Mayor of Eden




2. Treason against Eden, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Council shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.




3.The Mayor and Council Members shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of Eden. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest




4. The Council shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of Eden.

Eden's Laws:

1. No killing of any human without proper justification will be tolerated.

2. Anyone is allowed into Eden, as long as they are not infected, or at risk to bring infected inside the city.

3. Any petty crime will result in imprisonment. (Theft, Assault etc)

4. Marijuana is completely and 100% legal for recreational use.

5. You must pay taxes if the council votes on a tax.

6. Every citizen is required to defend the city when the time calls.

7. The council may not have meetings without the Mayor present.

8. No zombies are allowed in the city.

9. Cars must be parked at all times within the city.

10. Do not linger near the gate.

Q=What are we?
A=We are the organization that takes care of peace in Eden.Our main mission is to protect all citizens of the Eden from the zombie apocalypse.

Q=How do I join?
A=To join the Militia,you must fill the formular that is down this page.

Q=Will Militia kill me if I enter Eden and I'm a zombie
A=As I said,yes.Zombies are not allowed in Eden or they will be shot for sure.

Q=Is Militia some kind of Army?
A=Actually,we are more like Police Department.

Q=What if some of the citizens of Eden be infected
A=Nothing,we will give him full care and the medicine against the virus that he needs.

Channel 4 - Bank Robbery

Today at 14:34,The Great Yakuza gang has robbed The National Bank of Las Venturas.We have captured only one picture of the attacker because when they came into the Bank they crushed all cameras,We cannot indenify their faces,but still we got the picture.



We got one eyewitness named John Kenan from Las Venturas police Department which saw the robbers coming into the bank.This is his story:


I was just patroling around 4Dragons when I saw some Black Van with the Yakuza Sign/Logo driving crazy.I grabed my gun and tried to shoot on them but there were too many civilians so I couldn't shoot it.I've followed then all down to the Las Venturas Bank.I got to the cover and hide myself.I was watching them going into the bank all the time,But I couldnt do anything,so I've called the backup.When the backup came,The robbers were far far away from Las Venturas.


We are still in the look for those dangerous criminals.Please if you see or know one of them,report it immediately to the San Andreas Police.

Why YOU want to be moderator?I was Almost the first one who joined the server as member.Now I really deserve one chance.I know that I have screwed up on time when I was abusing all(yes,ALL).But now I'm rly changed,I became a good guy,Helpful one also,I would of help anybody who needs my help tho.I see that almost every admin(except Nexus & Montana) are cold-Blooded.If some guy or a noob needs help,They don't come,They don't even care for new guys.But I care.And if I will be accepted as a moderator,I will help new players,Kick abusers/spammers etc.Ban hackers and a lot of more things.I think I deserve only ONE change to proove myself that I have changed alot.
