Can't get in server

I tried to run into the server but some error appeared: Can't run GTA SA:MP because of the following reasons:
1.Some of yours GTA files must be deleten
Or either you didn't instal SA:MP.

I don't get it,I've installed samp,I have all GTA files and it will still not start.I even tried to reinstal SAMP and GTA San Andreas few times.But the error is still the same,Help?

Tried to reinstall ALL Gta? Files,pictures,everything.
