~Added /ban [player id] for Server Moderators in game.
~Added some new commands,/bar, /robplayer [player id] (for gangs).
~Added a few new jobs.Trash collector,Bus Driver,Lawyer.
~Fixed /robbank command.
~Fixed the fuel bug.
~Added an option that level 3 and 4 admins can set that "no-one" killed them in the chat box.
~Added a new Wanted level system.
~Fixed a bug with recieving money by wire.
~Fixed a house entering bug.
~Added /dropgun and /pickupgun.

-Added Neon to a car.Location where you can get one: SF Archangels
-Fixed a few bugs
-Added VISA.From now on,when you enter some of the cities(SF,LS,LV) you have to pay $200 for VISA,if you don't have the money,you cannot pass!
-Added a few more cars around LS area
-Added a few bus stations
-Fixed a problem with /flyingschool

-type /stunt in game and go to the Stunt World! (If you are in the stunt world,you can not see other players/vehicles that are not in the stunt World.To get out of the Stunt World,simply type /removestunt.

-Added a few new tracks in the stunt world.
-Added commands in the stunt world:

/vehicle [id]
/Worlds
/viewplayer [player's id]

-Few commands for the server:

/Drivestance [1-8]
*You must be in the car to do this animation.

/Drink [1-5]
